Appointments & Booking Policy

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied toward your treatment cost.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is scheduled. Please review the details carefully.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients:

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a full charge of the scheduled service and forfeiture of any deposit.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred to the new appointment if notice is given within that timeframe.

Tardiness: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. All payments must be made at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds

All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments, as results vary by individual. Refunds for prepaid packages or products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
